The Association of Haitian Professionals (AHP) in collaboration with the Haitian American Intellectual Property Association (HAIPA) and the Greater Washington Haiti Relief Coalition (GWHRC) cordially invite you to a fundraiser event to benefit the Dessalines & Capois Scholarship Fund. Please join us at the Embassy of Haiti on Friday November 20, 2009 from 6:30- to 9:30 PM for this great event. You will enjoy delicious Haitian cuisine as well as live entertainment, and much more while contributing to a great cause.

The Dessalines & Capois Scholarship Fund is a collaboration between the Catholic Law School in Jeremie, Haiti & Catholic University of Americas Law School in Washington, DC. This Public Interest Lawyers Training Program (CUA-Haiti Jeremie Project) is geared toward improving the justice educational system in Haiti by training a generation of lawyers willing to serve the legal needs of Haiti's poor and are motivated in pursuing careers in public interest law. This years recipient, Ms. Roxane Dimanche will be honored at this spectacular event. We look forward to see you there!
